Main Processing Steps in a Moringa Processing Plant

Step 1: Washing

The first station is the washing station. Here, the leaves are thoroughly rinsed under clean, running water. In moringa processing plant, this is typically done using a moringa leaf washer. The ultimate goal is a pure tea powder with a higher nutritional density than powders containing less potent stems.

Step 4: Packaging and Quality Control

The freshly ground tea powder is now extremely susceptible to moisture and air, which can degrade its quality. In a controlled environment, it is immediately packaged in sealed, light-proof bags, typically lined with food-grade lining. This packaging is crucial to maintaining freshness and potency.
